Returns Policy

• Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
• Returned items will be subject to a restocking feeof 15%.
• All items must be returned in the original containers.
• CD/DVD's can only be returned if unopened/unsealed.
• Products being exchanged for size/color will incur an additional $5 shipping fee.
• Apparel can only be returned/exchanged in new condition, they can not be worn, washed or soiled.
• You must receive a RMA Number prior to sending anything back to us. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You MUST include your order number in this request.
• Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
• Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Before returning, you must first obtain a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. You can request one by contacting us at support@totalfanshop.com
• We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout and US Money Order

All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified. Your order may be delayed if your payment must be verified via our fraud department.

Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.

We ship items Monday - Friday.

We do not ship on major US holidays.

We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use.

Shipping Rates reflect Total Fan Shop pricing. All rates are based on your 'ship to' address.

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship orders out on weekends or US holidays. For US customers, we offer a same-day shipping for Overnight/Next Business Day orders placed by 2PM CST Monday - Friday. All orders are shipped from our Nashville Tennessee USA warehouse.

Post Office Box Customers please note:
UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS (US Postal Service) regardless of the requested shipping option.

Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be added upon check out.

International Orders.... All international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. International tax and duty charges are not controlled by us. Please consult your local customs office for guidelines on what products may be charged additional tax and/or duties. Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.
